RAMONA, CA & RALEIGH, NC, & WALNUT CREEK, CA – June 14, 2019 – Today, PhotoLynx, an industry-leading school photography software solution, announced it’s joining ImageQuix as part of ASG, a fast-growing software business that buys, builds, and operates vertical SaaS companies. PhotoLynx is the market leader in high volume photography software, offering the most comprehensive and widely used suite of workflow, image and studio management solutions. ImageQuix, acquired by ASG in 2018, provides end-to-end workflow management and ecommerce solutions to professional photographers.
